We always
come back to every candidate who applies usually the same day they apply, but we will definitely contact you within 2 working
days.
I
have seen a role you have advertised how do I find out more information?
The best thing to do is send
a copy of your CV across. From this point one of our team can get call you to discuss that roles and any others we think you
would be suitable for.
Will
I have to meet you first?
Yes you will. We believe that the best way to establish how we can help you
is to meet up at a time and date and place that suits you and have a cup of coffee and a chat. We can discuss the best way
to help to achieve your goal of a new role, it also often puts your application in a stronger light with many of our clients
as it shows your commitment as well.
How can R.H.M help me find my next role?
We
are experts in the Restaurant Hotel and Hospitality sector, this is what we do! We will assist and help you through every
stage of the process from helping you decide what to do next and only submitting you to companies you are excited about possibly
working for, to helping you prepare for interviews we will assist you at every stage but most importantly we will offer ethical

most important point is that we are a true Search & Selection Consultancy. This means we will find
you the exact candidates you want and need, not just the candidates who are looking for a move, we pro-actively source
you the best possible candidates in the area.
Also We were formed
out of a determination to deliver excellence through an ethical up-front but most importantly honest service to our candidates
and clients at all times. None of our consultants are set K.P.I's or targets, their only aim is to ensure that clients
are more than happy with service they receive and most importantly the quality of candidates presented.
What
quality candidates will I receive from R.H.M?
We are a true search & selection consultancy which
means we are able to present clients with the very best of the entire candidate market not just people who are actively looking.
We also aim to screen candidates 3 times before they are submitted (once by CV, once by telephone interview and a face to
face meeting), this ensures you only receive the highest quality of candidates for your vacancy.

We invest our times in to getting to know the culture of the business and what makes an exceptional person in your business.
With our clients permission our consultants have spent time in sites (even worked on shifts) and spent time with existing
